Terms and conditions
It is a legal agreement between you and Cashfile.org - read it carefully.
I. Preface
A) Cashfile gives users the ability to save your files on a server on the Internet. After saving the file, the user receives a link through which the file can be downloaded from the Internet anywhere in the world, as well as the "Remove" link, with which his / her uploaded file can be deleted from the server.
B) The files included on the server are treated as confidential. Service does not contain any search option through which anyone could view them. Files are not listed in any directory or directory service CashFile.
II. User's Account
A) User has sole responsibility and liability for the data you store on CashFile's servers. User controls its data through its generated link. User bears full responsibility for archiving its data and sole liability for any lost or irrecoverable data.
B) User can register on the site if it has a minimum of 13 years old. If an account on a person under that age will be removed immediately. By registering you confirm that you are over 13 years old.
III. Upload Rules
A) Users can put any files on the server, independent of format (without PHP files). However, these files are strictly prohibited and will be regularly deleted from the server:
*Pornography
*copyrighted files
*Erotic content
*Children content
*Documents containing confidential information relating to a state or organization
B) All files are uploaded through users' own property - they are responsible for their content. The Administration is not responsible for content posted by users on the server site CashFile.
C) Users who put the file on the server of the content on the exploitation of children, will be strictly banned, without the ability to restore your account.
IV. Payments
A) All payments are made through PayPal, Payza, Neteller, Moneybookers and WireTransfer. Payment of the accumulated funds in your account may be up to two times a month.
B) We fulfill Fast Payouts in 24h. If, for any reason, we are unable to accomplish Fast Payout in 24h term, we return payout fee. Normal payouts are accomplished in 7 days.
C) All earnings generated by user via CashFile.org are taxed at user's country. User accounts for them on their own. No deductions for taxes of any kind shall be made from any payments paid hereunder. Payment of all applicable taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the payee hereunder.
D) All adjustments regarding payments and/or fees (eg. due to complaints) are done at the end of current month.
V. Other Prohibitions
A) A strict prohibition of the operation in order to inflict harm CashFile service. Any action attempting to breach the rules of operation will be recorded and forwarded to the appropriate individuals.
B) Pairing the accounts together in order to secure higher wages is not allowed. Any such account that is discovered by the system will be immediately blocked.
C) Downloading your own files is prohibited.
VI. Data Security
A) All information about service users is confidential and the administration is committed to protect them against leaks to the network. All data collected in the database CashFile are nowhere available, and the data are collected only for statistical purposes.
B) CashFile shall endeavour to keep necessary maintenance works as brief as possible. Cashfile will only temporarily restrict the access to its services if the security or functionality of network operations urgently requires this. Should such restrictions (for example, to defend against hacker attacks) be required, CashFile will immediately inform its users of the background to this restriction.
By using our site and/or service, you agree that we are authorized to block your access and delete your files for any violation of our Conditions of Use or for the following reason.
Registering in CashFile you agree to abide by the above rules. Upon failure to comply with it, your account may be blocked.
